SWAMS delivers a wide range of Services including: GP Clinics Primary Health Care Counselling NDIS and community host various programs. ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Engagement Coordinator youll be at the forefront of delivering highimpact health promotion prevention and public health activities that are not only culturally grounded but also genuinely communityled. Essential Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in health promotion public health community development or a related fieldor equivalent experience.
Experience in coordinating health or community programs with a strong focus on community engagement and empowerment.
An understanding of Aboriginal cultural protocols and the ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal people.
Strong leadership problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
A flair for developing collaborative partnerships across community government and nongovernment sectors.
Competence in evaluating programs and reporting to funders.
