Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking highly adaptable USA Recruiters who can quickly switch between IT NonIT and Healthcare/Nursing mandates depending on client requirements.

This role demands resilience quick learning and precision in working across sectors and job profiles with constantly changing client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Source screen and present candidates for IT NonIT and Healthcare (Nursing) roles for USA clients
Maintain agility to switch between industry verticals within days based on project demands
Conduct Boolean and Xray searches on LinkedIn and external job boards (Indeed Monster Dice)
Manage endtoend recruitment: sourcing screening coordinating interviews offer management
Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring and projectbased mandates
Stay updated with US immigration rules (H1B Green Card Citizen roles) and compliance basics.
Create and maintain candidate databases on CRM or ATS tools
Ensure highquality submissions within turnaround time (TAT)
Requirements
2 5 years of experience recruiting for US markets (IT NonIT Healthcare preferred)
Proven sourcing expertise via LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed Resume Search and organic/Boolean sourcing
Familiarity with VMS direct clients and thirdparty vendor management
Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2 C2C 1099
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High emotional intelligence and candidate relationshipbuilding abilities
Willingness to adapt to frequent role changes and handle multiple industries simultaneously
Strong organizational skills managing multiple roles without missing deadlines
