Midas Hospitality is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to help oversee the Courtyard hotel located in St. Peters MO. This person will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the Front Desk and Bistro departments of the hotel property.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Ensure all front desk clerks and bistro attendants are fully trained for their position(s) and crosstrained when possible following all standard operating procedures for the hotel brand and company
- Responsible for the efficient and professional running of the front desk and bistro team including relationships with other departments
- Responsible for coaching and counseling front desk and bistro staff and giving performance reviews as necessary.
- Be prepared to perform all front desk and bistro functions
- Responsible for shift coverage when shorthanded or due to staff absences including night audit shift
- Respond to customer needs issues comments and problems to ensure a quality experience
- Inspect food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
- Regularly check daily paperwork is getting completed by front desk and bistro staff
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years hotel experience required
- Must have open availability
