Job Description

We re looking for a smart experienced and commercially aware Senior Manager to join our team in Mauritius. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves managing one of our most significant client relationships a high-net-worth family office with professionalism discretion and care.

You ll act as their primary point of contact coordinating all work across internal teams and external partners while also stepping in personally to manage high-impact matters when needed.

This role isn t for someone who wants to sit back and supervise we need someone proactive responsive and genuinely invested in delivering exceptional service.

The role includes:

Owning the relationship with clients and acting as their trusted advisor

Leading client meetings coordinating board/shareholder matters

Overseeing compliance filings and payments

Managing special projects and high-priority client matters

Driving operational performance (WIP billing profitability data accuracy)

Mentoring and developing the Client Ops team

Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) essential

At least 10 years in financial services or global business

Strong background in trust corporate and fund structures

A natural relationship builder who s comfortable engaging with clients regulators and financial institutions

Commercial mindset with great attention to detail

A team leader who leads by example and empowers others
