Nursing Home Manager
Salary:
Our client is not looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead one of their warm welcoming care homes. If youre a nursequalified professional (RGN or RMN) with a strong background in care home management and a passion for delivering excellence this could be the perfect next step in your career.
As Nursing Home Manager youll oversee the daytoday operations of a home that puts residents at the heart of everything. Working with a supportive team youll foster a positive personcentred culture while maintaining high standards of clinical care governance and regulatory compliance.
What Were Looking For
- Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Proven experience managing a nursing home for older adults Minimum 3 years
- Demonstrated success in CQC inspections with a track record of good or outstanding ratings
- Excellent leadership communication and teambuilding skills
- A valuesdriven empathetic approach to care
- A strong understanding of current legislation and best practices in adult social care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong and inspirational leadership to the nursing and care team
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain (or improve to) a Good or Outstanding rating
- Oversee all clinical governance and care planning processes
- Manage budgets staffing and occupancy with efficiency and care
- Build trusting relationships with residents families staff and external professionals
- Champion dignity choice and independence for every resident
