Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire interior design projects across residential commercial and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Individual Home Owners builders real estate developers and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through networking cold calling and industry events.
- Pitch interior design solutions to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and strategies to management.
