- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Hollywood CA time (or 11:00 PM 8:00 AM Manila time)
- With 1 hour unpaid break in between

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our accounting functions ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized detailoriented and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of accounting duties including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Oversee and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Process payroll and related tax filings.
- Work with outside CPA for tax preparations and audits.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Generate financial reports and analyze data for management.
- Handle special projects and adhoc financial reporting as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred).
- Proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online) Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred (but not required).
- Experience with payroll processing and tax filings is a plus.
