What Youll Do:

• Lead or support ERP implementation-own cost structure setup testing and integration to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
• Analyze and maintain standard cost systems across labor material and overhead.
• Track explain and present manufacturing variances to improve cost efficiency.
• Perform inventory valuation and reconciliation and support cycle count analysis.
• Provide clear data-driven insights for pricing profitability and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with production engineering and supply chain teams to identify cost drivers.
• Assist with budgeting forecasting and monthly close activities.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting policies procedures and internal controls.
• Deliver clear actionable cost reports and present findings to senior management.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 3 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of costing methodologies inventory control and production finance.
• Proven experience with ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/reporting systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
