We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the daily functions of our Human Resources join our international awardwinning team.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar administrative role
- Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Job Duties:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Recruitment processes: posting job ads scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Prepare employment contracts letters and other HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Manage daytoday administrative tasks including filing data entry and document management
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
