Senior Consultant Tech Consulting ServiceNow Practice (EY India)
The opportunity:
EY is looking for Consultant / Senior Consultant to serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow.
Minimum Role expectations:
- Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow. Ideal candidate should have experience working on more than one of the applications listed: IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM / ITAM and other custom application development.
- Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems
- Should have good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules
- Create and configure Business Rules UI Policies UI Actions Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
- Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
- Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
- Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
- Perform application testing
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development
Technical Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist CIS for any of the modules)
- Certified Application Developer
