A highprofile family relocating to Miami Beach is seeking a fulltime Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of their 13000 sq. ft. residence. This is a handson managementfocused role ideal for someone who thrives in a teamoriented environment and brings exceptional organization discretion and followthrough to their work.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of household management for a family including calendar coordination vendor relations and household systems.
Manage a small team of staff including housekeepers and grounds personnel.
Act as liaison with contractors and service providers during upcoming home renovations.
Provide light personal assistant support to the principals (errands scheduling occasional event coordination).
Ensure smooth daytoday operations anticipating household needs and implementing efficient systems.
Ideal Candidate
Strong background in household or estate management for UHNW families.
Confident team leader who sets a professional tone while fostering collaboration.
Discreet trustworthy and highly organized with a sharp eye for detail.
Reliable and proactive with excellent communication skills.
Miamibased or with clear plans to relocate by August.
Schedule & Benefits
Monday to Friday 9am5pm with some flexibility as needed.
No travel required.
Competitive salary: $90000$120000 DOE.
PTO vacation and monthly stipend provided.
