Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients through direct calling and other mediums.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients ensuring consistent engagement and pipeline generation.
  • Provide product demos to prospects clearly showcasing the value and functionality of the Ziptrrip platform.
  • Follow up and ensure all touchpoints are met meticulously maintaining a high standard of engagement with prospects.
  • Onboard interested clients onto the Ziptrrip platform until activation.
  • Reactivate dormant clients by understanding their pain points and requirements.
  • Develop a business development strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to legally established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales revenue invoices and client interactions.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure target achievement as this is a goaloriented role with defined KPIs.
  • Adapt to adhoc requirements and tasks demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Requirements:
  • MBA or graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience in SaaS business development
  • Selfdriven highly responsible accountable and passionate about business development
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ready to travel to the client locations
