Responsibilities:
- Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients through direct calling and other mediums.
- Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients ensuring consistent engagement and pipeline generation.
- Provide product demos to prospects clearly showcasing the value and functionality of the Ziptrrip platform.
- Follow up and ensure all touchpoints are met meticulously maintaining a high standard of engagement with prospects.
- Onboard interested clients onto the Ziptrrip platform until activation.
- Reactivate dormant clients by understanding their pain points and requirements.
- Develop a business development strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to legally established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales revenue invoices and client interactions.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
- Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure target achievement as this is a goaloriented role with defined KPIs.
- Adapt to adhoc requirements and tasks demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Requirements:
- MBA or graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience in SaaS business development
- Selfdriven highly responsible accountable and passionate about business development
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to travel to the client locations
