Job Title: Lead Product Management & Development

Job Duties: IHS Global Inc. seeks Lead Product Management & Development to provide sales support by applying theoretical and practical understanding of petroleum engineering and sales engineering principals to enhance our suite of solutions. Serve as the subject matter expert to drive sales of engineering solutions. Understand customer requirements perform presales consulting and analysis and transform engineering requests into technical requirements that can be successfully implemented by the development team for sale and delivery to clients. Work closely with engineers to review and analyze technical details of product requests. Ensure requests are captured accurately and are relevant for the industry and business line. Conduct optimization analyses in conventional and unconventional product areas to find improvements and implement best practices and convey analytical results to nontechnical sales teams for delivery to clients. Apply technical engineering knowledge that will translate

into new business opportunities including identifying shortterm opportunities for incremental production and costs reduction. Collaborate with other sales teams and engineering teams to define scope of product development based on client needs prioritize petroleum work and set sales engineering criteria for accepting or rejecting new advisory work assignments.

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Geoscience Petroleum Engineering or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 3 years of experience must include: Experience with energy sector workflows and business practices; experience as a product owner in Agile development of solutions for the upstream oil & gas industry; conducting production and optimization engineering including artificial lift design and nodal analysis; teaching supporting implementing and managing energy solutions within customer solutions and training roles; and experience with AWS BI tools Sportfire PowerBI DevOps Serena and Product Management tools.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $131296 to $175650. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses & certifications. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. IHS Global is part of S&P Global and this role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
