Job Description

Hi! Were on the lookout for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (Latvia) to join Noda a licensed UK Payment Institution offering innovative Open Banking and Card Payment solutions. If youre excited about fintech thrive in fast-moving environments and want to help us scale in Latvia this ones for you!

What is Noda

Noda is reshaping how online payments work enabling smooth direct payments from customers to merchants through both Open Banking and Card Payment infrastructure. Already active in the UK and EU (with Canada and Australia coming soon) were now expanding into the Latvian market and looking for a local sales professional to drive our presence.

Your Mission:

As Business Development Manager (Latvia) you will manage both inbound leads and outbound sales efforts taking full ownership of the Latvian market. This role has a clear growth path toward becoming Country Sales Director (Latvia).

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and effectively to inbound merchant leads
  • Generate outbound opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Promote Nodas Open Banking and Card Payment offerings as core solutions
  • Represent Noda at local fintech and e-commerce events
  • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM and forecast performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product and account management teams

What were looking for:

  • 3 years in fintech payments or banking in a sales/business development role
  • Experience working with payment products (preferably both cards and APMs)
  • A strong understanding of the Latvian market ideally with a warm merchant network
  • Proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in Latvian English and Russian
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce is a bonus)
