Monitoring market trends competitor activities and customer buying behavior to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisionmaking.
Sales & Revenue:
Setting and achieving sales targets managing sales teams and optimizing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Profitability:
Managing P&L optimizing costs and ensuring profitability within allocated budgets.
Sourcing & Inventory:
Managing sourcing and inventory ensuring timely deliveries and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.
Customer Relationship Management:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers managing their needs and expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product Development:
Working with design and product development teams to create and launch new product lines.
