This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM EST
- Including a 1-hour unpaid break
- Client Timezone: Eastern Time Zone (Florida)

Job Description
This is a groundbreaking role where you ll become a specialized coach and mentor helping shape the next generation of financial services professionals. You ll undergo training to master U.S. life insurance licensing material and then use that expertise to guide new agents through their licensing journey via one-on-one Zoom sessions. This position combines education technology and personal development allowing you to make a direct impact on people s careers while working with innovative training programs and AI tools to enhance the learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete intensive training program on U.S. life insurance licensing requirements and processes
- Conduct engaging one-on-one tutoring sessions with new agents via Zoom video conferencing
- Guide agents through complex licensing study materials with patience and expertise
- Monitor individual agent progress through their personal learning portals
- Provide real-time coaching on effective study techniques and exam preparation strategies
- Offer consistent support and encouragement during agents learning sessions
- Utilize modern resources including ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance tutoring effectiveness
- Maintain reliable availability during assigned coverage hours to ensure consistent agent support
Requirements
- Strong teaching tutoring or training background with adult learners preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Quick learning ability to master detailed licensing material thoroughly
- Comfortable with video conferencing technology and online learning platforms
- Patient supportive approach to adult education and professional development
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent video sessions
- Experience in financial services or insurance industry is a plus but not required
