Overview:
We are seeking a strategic visionary and commercially astute Business Development Director to spearhead regional expansion and drive sustainable revenue growth within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in business development crossfunctional leadership marketing strategy and P&L oversight with a track record of scaling operations and market share in competitive trading environments.
What will you do:
- Define and execute the overall business development strategy with a focus on revenue growth market penetration and client acquisition in assigned regions.
- Lead mentor and scale a highperforming team of Business Development Managers and marketing professionals.
- Drive strategic partnerships client networks and institutional alliances to expand the companys footprint and brand presence.
- Oversee the design and of tailored marketing and promotional strategies aligned with market dynamics and business objectives.
- Take full ownership of P&L accountability ensuring profitability budget adherence and optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor market intelligence and competitor activities to identify new trends and growth opportunities.
- Ensure operational and regulatory compliance in all business development activities.
- Represent the company at senior industry forums conferences and key client meetings as a thought leader and brand ambassador.
- Report directly to the executive leadership with actionable insights forecasts and strategic recommendations.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related discipline. A Masters degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry including 2 years in a leadership or directorlevel role.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing revenuegenerating teams across diverse markets.
- Solid understanding of financial products trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5 and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management forecasting and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
- Techsavvy with proficiency in CRM systems performance dashboards and digital marketing tools.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus particularly in languages relevant to the region.
