About the Role:
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead the planning and optimization of highimpact fullfunnel campaigns that drive pipeline product adoption and brand awareness across global markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing product and salesand will be instrumental in translating customer insights and market trends into compelling insightled campaigns that move the needle on revenue. Youll play a key role in shaping Multipliers gotomarket engine and delivering measurable business outcomes by combining creative storytelling with analytical rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Media Planning &
- Fullfunnel campaign strategy and handson .
- Experience across platforms (LinkedIn DV360 DCM Meta 3rd party vendors).

Crossfunctional Collaboration & Content Leadership
- Collaborating with product content design GTM and website ops teams.
- Developing creative briefs and directing across asset types (banners videos emails webinars etc..
InsightLed Messaging & Research
- Leading surveys with internal and external stakeholders.
- Translating insights into relevant messaging strategies.
- Working with agencies/influencers to refine positioning.
Growth Mindset & Experimentation
- A/B testing rapid iteration and bias for action.

GTM Strategy Outcome Ownership & Measurement
- Understanding of GTM strategy SaaS tools buyer personas B2B psychology.

What Were Looking For
- 68 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales roles with exposure to integrated campaigns and digital marketing.
- Proven experience building and optimizing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn DV360 Meta and other paid social and display channels.
- Strong understanding of SaaS buyer journeys GTM strategy and customer psychology.
- Experience working crossfunctionally with content product creative and website operations teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear creative briefs and actionable messaging.
- A selfstarter who can independently drive initiatives from planning to without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Strong analytical problemsolving skillsyoure comfortable digging into data identifying patterns and drawing actionable insights.
