Were looking for a driven outreachfocused Business Development Representative to help build a strong sales pipeline for our growing team. This is a great role for someone with 1 year of BDR experience in a fastpaced startup or SaaS environment whos ready to take the next step in their sales career.
What Youll Do:
Execute outbound outreach via cold calls emails and LinkedIn to generate new leads
Research and qualify prospects focusing on SMB and midmarket opportunities
Book meetings for Account Executives and help drive earlystage sales activity
Track activity and progress using CRM tools
Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and conversion rates
Test and iterate on outreach strategies to optimize results
Qualifications :
1 year of experience in a BDR SDR or lead generation role
Experience working in a startup or SaaS company
Comfortable with highvolume outreach and meeting targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Selfstarter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastmoving environment
Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus
