For our Sales and Development growing operations we are looking for Sales & Development specialists
to bring new business establish and strengthen client relationships.
As Sales & Development Specialist you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities
build and strengthen client relationships that will be continuously developing. You will actively develop
new sales channels and expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
Find new sales channels and plan and report your job in collaboration with Business Development
Director. Align with Company goals.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders understanding their needs and ensuring
client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitive landscape and best practices in sales processes
Actively manage your own portfolio of clients while making sure to be in line in achieving sales targets
Generate leads via personal network and industry events
Provide excellent customer service throughout the whole sales cycle from initial contact to completion
Presenting products to prospective Clients (remotely/live)
Dealing with prospective clients via e-mail social media telephone
Represent the Company at EXPOs and external meetings
Maintain an organized database of clients and prospects while providing ongoing support
Self-Motivated and team player.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in the Forex/Financial Brokerage industry with experience in B2B is essential.
Strong business network and B2B connections particularly in Cyprus but also Europe and Dubai.
Solid understanding of FX business CFD specifics.
Very good interpersonal skills: sales personality ability to maintain client interest ability to close deals
with clients and exceeds targets
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently but also within teams
Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven
environment
Fluent English additional languages will be considered as an advantage
Experience in selling payment solutions liquidity or technology to brokers is a strong asset.
Based in Cyprus willingness to travel (events/exhibitions/offices and other networking opportunities)
