Role: Social Media Manager
Location: Nigeria Hybrid 2 days on site
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: NGN 300000 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join the Melange team and lead their presence across social platforms with creativity strategy and intention. In this role youll be responsible for developing and executing content calendars managing daytoday posting and growing engagement across channels like Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and more. Youll collaborate closely with the creative team to bring campaigns to life track performance metrics and stay ahead of social trends. This is a great opportunity to shape the voice of the brand online and build a strong authentic connection with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple accounts.
- Manage content calendars scheduling and publishing across platforms.
- Engage with audiences and respond to comments and inquiries.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics content trends and best practices.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
