What Youll Be Doing:
- Coordinate sales processes from request to report
- Track contracts organize documentation and streamline communication
- Assist with compelling proposals slick presentations and uptodate content
- Keep schedules aligned and inventory updated
- Respond to customer inquiries and support internal departments
- Collaborate directly with Sales Leaders to drive results and boost efficiency

What You Bring:
- 12 years in Sales Coordination Operations or Customer Service
- Comfortable with Excel and Power BI
- KPI tracking skills and an analytical mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with awesome time management chops
