Job SummaryThe Visual Merchandiser & Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining the stores visual appeal driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to merchandising marketing and customer engagement.

RequirementsMaintain store visual merchandising standards according to established procedures; Achieve monthly sales targets; Provide strong customer service; Ensure timely product measurement and delivery; Organize store footfall driving activities.
Qualification/EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
ExperienceAt least 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales preferably in the home furnishings or home furniture industry.
SkillsStrong visual merchandising skills; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proactive and results-oriented; Strong organizational and time management skills; Proficiency in basic computer skills.
