Job Description

Job Title: Sales Ops I3 (Client Success Manager)

Client: DoorDash

Location: Remote / Hybrid

(Preferred Remote In-Office (NYC San Francisco Chicago))

About the Role

As a Client Success Manager you will work primarily with a diverse client base ranging from SMB to Enterprise/Strategic accounts. During the customers onboarding experience you will analyze their unique use cases consult on best practices and deliver a best-in-class training and implementation experience.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across marketing finance and engineering. The position reports to the Manager Sales Ops under the S&O Manager - Client Success and Admin Platform within the DoorDash for Business organization.

Once our offices reopen this role is expected to operate in a hybrid model with a mix of in-office and remote work.

  • Drive cross-functional engagement to ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience.
  • Serve as Customer Advocate representing the customers voice across product growth operations and leadership teams.
  • Help shape the vision and strategy for customer implementation at DoorDash for Business.
  • Set customers up for success by driving enrollment and activation contributing meaningfully to gross revenue.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with a prominent customer base including many Fortune 500 companies.
  • Join a highly motivated team during a period of rapid growth and exciting scale initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience in training and onboarding
  • 3 years in Client Success Management Sales or Account Management
  • Strong performance management skills
  • Skilled in project management
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced ambiguous environments with limited structure or defined roles
  • Action-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively identify and fill gaps
