Job Description
Furnishing Touch is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team in Anna Nagar Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers providing product information generating quotations and closing sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:-
Greet and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products (curtains blinds furnishings etc.)

Provide quotations and pricing details based on customer needs

Follow up with customers on quotes and convert inquiries into sales

Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with the latest offerings

Assist with the arrangement and upkeep of the product display

Coordinate with the billing/accounts team for order processing

Maintain daily sales records and walk-in customer logs

Support showroom operations and provide basic after-sales assistance

Minimum 1 year of experience in counter sales or showroom sales

Good communication skills in Tamil and English

Ability to understand customer needs and explain product features clearly

Basic knowledge of quotation preparation and pricing

Pleasant personality with a sales-oriented approach

Prior experience in furnishings interior or retail sales will be an added advantage
