Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve both shortterm and longterm business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to grow the sales pipeline.
Build maintain and grow relationships with key accounts ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives providing guidance motivation and performance management.
Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing and postsale support.
Collaborate closely with marketing product and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Develop and deliver presentations proposals and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales performance adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis to senior leadership.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients.
Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Indepth knowledge of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
Ability to manage and motivate a team to drive results.
Excellent negotiation presentation and decisionmaking skills.
