Our Esteemed Client is a Leisure Travel and Tourism company is conducting a Walkin Interview Drive to hire qualified and experienced resources who can help us meet our growing business needs.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Sales or Operations in FIT & GIT (Leisure Travel Holidays) and we believe that your network could help us identify individuals who would be a great fit for our team.

ABOUT*: Leisure Travel Holiday business caters to various segments of customers travelling to every part of the globe. While dynamic or customized travel and tour packages offer consumers an option to create and design their holiday fixed departure holiday packages have a predesigned itinerary.

*ROLE DESCRIPTION*: As a Travel Consultant you are part of the Holidays team responsible for planning holidays for Individuals & groups. You should have an indepth understanding of the destinations and be able to recommend travel options (experiences /cities/itineraries) catering to the aspirations & evolving demands of Indian travel customers

*What will they do*:
i) Responsible for advising clients about suitable travel options on their needs wants and capabilities
ii) Responsible for assisting customers with travel bookings and providing comprehensive information and choices for flights hotels and holiday packages.
iii) Achieving Monthly Goals
iv) Diagnosing the clients specifications and wishes and suggesting suitable travel destinations and itineraries. Researching destination and travel prices customs weather conditions reviews etc.
v) Responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring repeat transactions
vi) Seamless interface for crossfunctional followups.
vii) The role also involves handling customer queries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure complaint resolution within a specified time frame ensuring a Healthy NPS.
viii) Be available for scheduled calls with the customer to share details of their travel plan

*Qualification & Experience*:
Graduation with a minimum of 2 to 10 years in the travel Industry with exposure to selling both Domestic and International Packages.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Tourism education background BBA (Tourism) / MBA (Tourism).
Should have extensively sold Group departures and FIT to Short Haul (Thailand Dubai Singapore Malaysia) & Long Haul destinations like Europe Australia New Zealand South Africa USA CIS Japan etc.

*Key Success Factors for the Role*:
Deep understanding of destinations Itinerary planning suitable Hotel options Flight connections Visa regulations etc. Connections with DMCs Tourism Board to understand destinations and build knowledge
Excellent Sales skills consultative selling and understanding of the Holiday Package Travel segment
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to present persuade and communicate effectively
Good CRM & Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) skills.
