We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to provide expert analysis and consultation activities to key business process optimization projects within the Research and Innovation portfolio. This role is all about driving meaningful change focussing on process improvement and identification of automation opportunities with the aim of enhancing and innovating the delivery of Research services.
A significant part of the role will involve discovery work where you will review and map current processes to uncover inefficiencies and vulnerabilities. Your ability to document and analyse processes will be key to shaping future improvements.
This role will see you transcend the office walls meeting and engaging with stakeholders across the University from internal customers to external vendors. Youll bring clarity to business needs from both a process and systems perspective facilitating workshops and helping teams explore changes defining requirements that make a real difference.

As a senior specialist you will also provide project leadership coaching mentoring and support for more junior staff members.
This is a fulltime 37.5 hours per week) fixed term (until December 2026 position with a salary range of $130000 $140000 per annum (pro rata) depending on skills experience.
