Are you passionate about identifying and driving business process improvements
Rocky Bay is looking for talented and motivated Business Analysts with strong interpersonal skills to join its dynamic and agile Business Transformation team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in analysing evaluating and recommending opportunities to improve and enhance our business processes.
This role will draw on a diverse range of capabilities across our Business Transformation function which makes it an ideal opportunity for individuals aspiring to develop their portfolio of skills in this space. With a major focus on change process and continuous improvement activities you will also be involved in projects and associated activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain a Continuous Improvement Calendar ensuring all planned activities are up-to-date and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
Documentation Management: Establish and manage a central repository for all business process documentation implementing version control to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Process Reviews: Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule and facilitate business process reviews ensuring documentation is regularly updated and changes are communicated.
Data Analysis: Analyse data using statistical methods to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights and business change.
Project Support: Participate in change and continuous improvement projects offering data-driven inputs and collaborating with project teams to ensure the smooth implementation of improvements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in business Change or Project Management or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities demonstrated in a Business Analyst or similar tole.
- A highly professional approach with a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated capacity and enthusiasm for learning and development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The following experiences would be highly regarded but not essential
- Salesforce (Lumary / Skedulo).
- Project management methodologies such as Agile Prince etc.
- Six sigma principles and methodology
- Change Management methodologies
