Job Summary:
The HR Generalist Onboarding and Recruitment Compliance will be responsible for new employee onboarding recruitment compliance and process improvement. This role will partner with talent acquisition team members to accomplish effective of the recruiting process including interview scheduling employee onboarding and process compliance. Responsibilities will also include support for process documentation across all HR programs.

The salary range for this position is $54000 $85000 depending on relevant experience education and qualifications. We also offer semiannual profitsharing bonuses based on company profits to share in the mutual success! In the past these have ranges between 3.5 11.5 of annual salary.
