Process and manage monthly payroll cycles for all employees
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (EPF ESI PT TDS etc.)
Maintain accurate employee data including attendance leaves and salary revisions
Resolve payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to validate inputs
Prepare payroll reports reconciliations and audit documentation
Stay updated with changes in labour laws and payroll compliance standards
Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in HR Finance Accounting or relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g. Zoho Payroll)
Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
