This is a remote position.

Position Title: Business Admin Assistant
Work Setup: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Salary: Php 20000.00 Php 25000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS ADMIN ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities as a Business Admin Assistant would be:

Provide administrative support to the General Manager and business owners in daytoday operations.
Conduct daily client invoicing as directed.
Prepare quotes and purchase orders for parts and supplies.
Produce and review weekly financial and operational reports.
Maintain and update company records and databases ensuring data accuracy.
Administer backend business processes client details and member databases.
Respond to customer inquiries resolve complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Use Shopify for administrative functions (Highly regarded).
Manage communication and records related to customers and suppliers.
Support with general office tasks as needed across departments.

Qualifications as a Business Admin Assistant:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel) and Google Sheets.
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Experience using Shopify is highly regarded.
Familiarity with industryspecific platforms like IBodyshop is a plus.
Administrative experience in mechanical repairs panel beating or building industries is a plus.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
Strong numerical aptitude.
Ability to adapt to new tasks and tools quickly.
Outgoing reliable and detailoriented with a professional demeanor.
