1. Job Responsibilities
Attendance and daily management:
- Maintain production attendance records (such as lateness leave overtime) ensure the accuracy of monthly attendance data and submit it to the system.
- Responsible for office area 5S management (such as workstation organization file archiving) weekly spot checks on implementation and a 100% closed-loop rectification rate.
- Coordinate the application and distribution of office supplies control monthly budget deviations and establish an inventory warning mechanism (such as replenishing printer toner when inventory is 20%).
2. Staff Services and Event Planning:
- Assist productions staff with the resignation procedures (such as Exit Clearance Form) and submit to HR Department
- Plan and execute productions staff birthday parties
- Process productions staff travel applications planning (such as visa processing air ticket booking) verify reimbursement forms to ensure 100% expense compliance rate and submit to HR& Admin department.
3. Operations team assistant support
- Data Management and Report Generation - Count production/quality/KPI data (such as OEE yield rate on-time delivery rate) every week and month and output the Daily Operation Report with a data error rate of 0.5%.
- Summarize the monthly assessment indicators of each department (such as equipment maintenance response time qualification rate scrap rate hardware collection etc.) and generate visual analysis charts (such as Power BI dashboard).
4. Meeting and task follow-up:
- Record the key points of cross-departmental meetings (such as regular production meetings quality review meetings) output the Meeting Minutes within 24 hours and track the completion progress of to-do items with a closed-loop rate 98%.
- Assist in developing operational improvement plans (such as cost optimization proposals) follow up on execution milestones and report progress regularly.
Qualifications:
- Educational background Degree and above
- Work experience - 1-3 years of administrative/operational support experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry familiar with HR affairs is an add advantages
