Job Description

Our clients trust us to take care of the logistics of moving their vehicles.

We are seeking a friendly empathetic and detailoriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers helping to resolve their questions concerns and technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Youll work closely with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email live chat or social media.

Troubleshoot issues and provide clear effective solutions.

Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams.

Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.

Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to confidently assist customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Identify patterns in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes or products.

Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
