Location: Dublin Republic of Ireland (Hybrid 3 days/week in office)

Compensation: Base salary bonus
Your role will include:
Engaging prospects to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions
Targeting and developing new SMB opportunities through calls emails and social media
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to contract closure
Collaborating with marketing technical and customer success teams for best outcomes
Staying updated on product knowledge industry trends and market insights
Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to exceed targets
What youll need:
Native/fluent German (C1) & strong English (B2)
Proven success in sales particularly in SMB business development
Consultative selling skills with experience managing complex sales cycles
CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred) and familiarity with sales tools
Self-motivated target-driven and confident in outbound prospecting
Experience in E-commerce Fintech Retail or Hospitality is a plus
POS sales experience or knowledge of MEDDICC BANT or Challenger methodology is advantageous
