Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with Top Workplace tech business outsourcing company that is looking to hire a German speaking Outbound Inside Sales Representative for their offices in Dublin Ireland.

Position: Outbound Inside Sales Representative

Location: Dublin Republic of Ireland

Work model: hybrid with 3 days per week at the office

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with prospects to understand their business objectives challenges and needs offering tailored solutions to support their growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential customers within the small-to-medium business (SMB) segment.
  • Drive high-volume outreach through calls emails and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in the companys offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamssuch as marketing technical solutions and customer successto enhance client engagement and outcomes.
  • Stay current with product updates industry trends and market changes to provide informed recommendations and guidance to clients.
  • Proactively source new opportunities manage your sales pipeline and prioritize activities to meet and exceed targets.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/ fluent in German (C1) both verbal and written. As well as proficiency in English (at least B2).
  • Proven experience in a closing sales or sales development role with a track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets particularly in the SMB segment.
  • Passion for business development with a consultative solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with multiple decision-makers including senior executives.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Self-motivated results-driven and persistent in pursuing leads and closing deals.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and territory management to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Experience in E-commerce Fintech Retail or Hospitality industries is advantageous.
  • Previous experience selling point-of-sale (POS) solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC BANT or Challenger sales methodologies is an asset.
