Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experiencedCommercial Lines Account Managerto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quoting processing certificates handling cancellations communicating with clients and servicing a book of business from AZ. This role requires a proactive and detailoriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial clients addressing their insurance needs and inquiries
- Assess and evaluate clients insurance requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate client records policies and documentation
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms conditions and pricing
- Provide support during the claims process and assist in resolving any client issues
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and market conditions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster retention and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role 510 years preferred)
- Indepth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using insurance agency management systems (AMS360 experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $70K$90K (based on experience)
