We are seeking an entrylevel Insurance & Business Support Administrator to assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with various administrative and insurancerelated tasks. This role is ideal for a detailoriented individual eager to learn about business insurance financial administration and general office support. The position is fully inoffice Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and includes comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail excellent followup skills and the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.

Assist with managing business insurance policies including hazard liability builders risk auto and loss of income insurance.
Help track policy renewals claims and documentation.
Communicate with insurance providers to gather information and updates. Maintain clear concise and professional communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
Support the CFO in organizing and maintaining financial and insurancerelated records.
Prepare reports spreadsheets and summaries as needed.
Ensure accurate filing and documentation of business records.
Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally via email and phone.
Assist with scheduling meetings tracking deadlines and handling followups promptly and thoroughly.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong followup and organizational skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to consistently maintain a polished and businessappropriate appearance.
