As a Credit Control and Finance Administrator you will be working alongside a team of experts within the Credit Control team. You will be responsible for assisting with the timely payment of our invoices by clients and to provide support to colleagues to achieve financial metrics.
In return for your high levels of speed accuracy and attention to detail you will receive unrivalled support to develop your skills and experience in a Legal Top 200 law firm.
Your main duties will include:
Ensuring payment of our invoices.
Sending emails and letters to clients or making phone calls.
Producing statements.
Dealing with queries from clients and colleagues.
Supporting fee earning staff to help them achieve financial metrics.
We are interested to hear from candidates with initiative and a strong team ethos. Some accounts experience is desirable although not essential. You will ideally have GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above (or equivalent) and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
