Job Description
The Company:
Our client provides resources to the pre-clinical research market. They have contributed to the development of life-saving therapies and treatments for humans and animals.
The Role:
- To lead and manage day-to-day ensuring efficiency and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and drive growth.
- Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while optimising resources
Responsibilities:
- Being the point of contact responsible for the overall coordination of the site and management
- Collaborate with the senior Executive team reporting the performance of business areas, meeting goals and objectives.
- Ensure that the site runs with legality and conformity to meet all regulatory requirements.
- Lead the site teams to meet the business and customer focused professional approach.
- Supervising Managers and staff across departments through meetings and teamwork
- Providing summary reporting site perspective progress reaching goals
- Some EU travel may be required at intervals throughout the year
Your Background:
- Degree qualified in Business Administration or relevant required field
- Experienced and proven track record as a site manager or equivalent senior level position with in a Bioresearch/ Biotech sector
- Knowledge of Industry’s legal rules and guidelines ASPA 1986 - advantageous
- Excellent leadership abilities
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles, supply chain, customer services, finance/ budget management
