Job Summary:
The Account Manager (AM)/ Sr. Account Manager () has multiple responsibilities. Primarily the AM/ is responsible for overall account management & performance. The AM will act as an extension of the client s Human Resources department as well as the liaison to the client s end user of contingent labor. The AM/ must have the ability to effectively communicate with candidates employees and client contacts. The AM is responsible for prioritizing requisitions ensuring contract compliance and monitoring key performance indicators. Other responsibilities may include client specific reporting onboarding/orientation and site-specific training.
Responsibilities and Duties: - Personifies our company at the work site
- Managers site staff through proper recruitment strategies and use of best practices.
- Meets headcount needs for all shifts as required by client.
- Manage staff to ensure proper compliance of company and client standards.
- Assists with performance evaluations of employees on assignment.
- Manages unemployment compliance attends hearing as required payroll deadlines and proper documentation.
- Works with client and site staff to improve cycle time employee relations turnover and staffing needs.
- Maintain constant communication with customer clients to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner and customer is satisfied with the placements.
- Monitors employees for proper safety compliance and facilitates the initial treatment and reporting of worker s compensation incidents at the site.
- Investigates accident reports and evaluates matters to resolve and or make recommendations as to the resolution of the matter.
- Updates daily weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Manages retention recruitment and other value-added programs.
- Evaluates and defines the job requirements and other pertinent details required to effectively identify and select the appropriate candidate for each position.
- Evaluates and interviews applicants decides on appropriate assessments and evaluates assessment results and references.
- Evaluates attendance and performance.
- Investigates and resolves client/employee problems and issues and informs appropriate personnel of problems and opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients current associates and applicants at all times.
- Sourcing screening and onboarding candidates for clients within the light industrial manufacturing warehouse and general labor industries.
- Conduct background checks and drug screens on new hires as needed.
- Follow-up routinely with existing associates to make sure their assignments are going as expected.
- Other duties as assigned.
Necessary Knowledge Skills and Abilities: - Ability to communicate across all mediums effectively to customers associates and internal staff.
- Strong attention to detail and use of logical reasoning for resolutions
- Ability to manage at least 2 or more direct reports.
- Open availability in emergency situations to go on-site after hours.
- Able to prioritize job duties first multi-task if necessary and meet deadlines.
- Able to obtain information evaluate alternatives seek advice act on recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel Outlook Office 365)
- Collaborative/cooperative relations with management and colleagues
Qualifications: - Experience in staffing offices including recruitment customer service and payroll.
- High School diploma required.
- Associate degree or bachelor s degree preferred.
- Bi-lingual a plus
