Job Description

Were on the hunt for a Sydneybased Client Director to join our exceptional team of talent leadership specialists. Youll provide strategic guidance governance and handson account management for one of our RPO Financial Services customers.

As Client Director you will be an experienced leader of talent acquisition solutions; a specialist endtoend recruitment professional responsible for managing high performing teams that source attract and secure toptier talent forces for our client. This isnt just about filling roles its about building relationships that deliver commercial growth through collaboration and achievement.

Success in this role involves balancing todays shortterm hiring demands with tomorrows strategic vision.  You will be:

  • Delivering on all contractual requirements (because promises matter)
  • Demonstrating customer value through reporting and insights that drive real decisions
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance process or service
  • Identifying opportunities to solve customer challenges
  • Managing contract performance and SOW adjustments
  • Supporting team scaling (up or down) issues resolution and people leadership

Qualifications :

As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team you will need to bring:

  • Extensive Talent Acquisition experience: 10 years in recruitment ideally with inhouse or outsourced talent solutions experience
  • Industry savvy: Experience leading recruitment teams in Financial Services or a similar industry is a plus
  • Relationship building expertise: Proven ability to develop genuine connections with stakeholders at all levels
  • Leadership: Track record of motivating teams and developing individuals to reach their peak performance
  • Commercial Management: including P&L forecasting and cost control
  • Talent obsession: Genuine passion for finding the right people who drive business success
  • Growth mindset: Continuously learning always evolving staying on top of recruitment trends tools and innovative practices
  • Client service DNA: Motivated to deliver exceptional experiences that maintain our stellar reputation
