Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in ensuring we continue to bring top talent to Preply to support our growth. We focus on building strong meaningful connections with candidates stakeholders and hiring managers while leveraging data to make informed and impactful hiring decisions. We are committed to continuously raising the bar on the talent we bring into Preply as well as refining our processes and ways of working to create an exceptional experience for everyone involved.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract (with the opportunity to extend further). This role will focus on managing different searches ranging from Tech Product People and Finance functions ensuring we continue to bring in top talent during a critical time. The role is based in our Barcelona hub with an immediate start date.

What youll be doing:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for different searches roles: from executing attraction strategies to interviewing guiding candidates through the process and managing offer process.
  • Proactively find & engage with top candidates around the world to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders providing regular updates and insights into hiring progress.
  • Work closely with the People Partner and chapter leads to align on team needs workforce planning and hiring strategy.
  • Juggle multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Leverage your knowledge of recruitment trends and talent acquisition strategies to refine sourcing techniques and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance ensuring a memorable and world class experience throughout the hiring process

What you need to succeed:

  • 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition ideally in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Experience delivering memorable candidate experiences.
  • Exposure to data skills and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to build productive partnerships with hiring manager hiring teams and candidates and a collaborative mindset to partner with different peers across chapters.
  • Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (we currently use Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
