Job Description
Position Summary:
As a Talent Specialist / Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Ralliant you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class recruitment experience. This role ensures seamless hiring processes by supporting Talent Acquisition Business Partners candidates and hiring managers with scheduling logistics and coordination efforts. You will be a key driver in fostering an exceptional candidate experience while optimizing recruitment workflows. Based in Belfast UK this role is perfect for someone with a passion for talent acquisition and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate and Hiring Manager Support
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates providing timely communication and updates.
- Manage background checks contract and offer letter preparation and onboarding processes in collaboration with hiring managers IT and Facility teams.
2. Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Eightfold our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support hiring managers and talent acquisition business partners in job postings requisition management and compliance documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement
- Ensure an outstanding candidate journey by supporting recruitment events and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and talent teams to enhance employer branding efforts.
- Provide recruitment analytics and reporting insights to drive data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Psychology Business or a related field required.
Experience:
- 2 years in talent acquisition HR or recruitment coordination.
- Experience working with ATS and HR systems.
Skills:
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellence
- Great organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion and interest in developing AI-based TA skills
