GENERAL DESCRIPTION (PURPOSE):

- Primary availability four days a week from 10.30A until 8.30P inc. Saturdays and holidays

Operations / Order Fulfillment
- 2-5 hours per day supporting both peaks to support shift goals and observe Talent competencies & capacity (individually and collectively).
Administration
- Update Sales Forecast weekly
- Scheduling - post 2 weeks out
- Job Postings & Interviewing
- Uniforms
- Orientations (key policies/first shifts) & On-boarding
- Pay-roll & Time Punches
- Weekly review on meal policy compliance
- Terminations & off-boarding
- Annual Quarterly & Monthly Goal setting
- Evaluations - programs/process & execution
- Team Member Surveys - quarterly
- Training program & First shifts
