Coordinate and ensure the production schedule in accordance with standards and objectives.
Main tasks:
- Shift reception & delivery.
- Assign priorities and work plan (production order) to team.
- Validate compliance with the specifications of each production process.
- Problem solving improvement proposals training for the personnel under his charge.
- Lean Manufacturing (Manage 5sTPMProcess mapping)
- Work planning according to the production schedule.
- Review the reports of each production area and empty the information to the general report.
- Monitor the fulfillment of the objectives during the shift.
- Management of operational personnel.
- KPIs management of the area.
- Issue procedures and work instructions guarantee the application of measures and maintain controls.
- Increase awareness ensure regular ESH training and provide information on ESH responsibilities and duties.
- Guarantee immediate notification and response and initiate preventive measures in case of dangerous or polluting risks.
- Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior at ESH and motivate other.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree (Industrial or Chemical Engineer desirable)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
- Knowledge in rubber or plastic production process (desirable)
- Experience managing people (minimum 20 employees).
- Intermediate English level (desirable) .
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 & Safety NOMs
- Experience in lean manufacturing.
