Production Supervisor

About:
We are Seeking the production team while ensuring adherence to safety policies and quality standards. Coordinate work schedules collaborate with maintenance and manage manufacturing operations efficiently. Monitor inventory drive cost-saving initiatives and maintain proper documentation for training and compliance. Uphold housekeeping and disciplinary standards.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety policies and communicate hazards clearly.
- Schedule production tasks and maintenance activities.
- Supervise and support the production team.
- Manage inventory and submit requisitions as needed.
- Implement productivity improvements and cost reduction strategies.
- Coordinate and document employee training (OJT safety quality).
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality procedures.
- Track and report production metrics.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and perform other related duties.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical and mathematical skills.
- Degree in technical/industrial management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in industrial production.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of OSHA industrial standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with shop equipment and rigging/lifting devices.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control and ISO 9001:2015.
- Understanding of ERP software.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and basic electrical/hydraulic schematics.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
