Responsibilities:
Enforce safety HACCP GMP SSOP and company policies.
Oversee inventory and finished goods.
Resolve personnel issues; supervise coach and evaluate employees.
Conduct hiring interviews and probation reviews.
Manage attendance discipline payroll and scheduling.
Ensure accurate data entry in HighJump.
Recommend pay adjustments per labor agreements.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
Flexible organized and able to handle pressure.
Effective planner delegator and problem solver.
Customer-focused with a sense of urgency and trust-building ability.
Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent.
2-5 years supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
Knowledge of GMPs and Microsoft Office.
Able to multitask communicate well and lift 50 lbs.
