Job Description
Position : Client Support Representative
Work Hours (Client) : Fulltime; EST or CST MF (can be flexible on specific time zone but workday will ultimately match U.S. time zone ranges: EST through PST)
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : $1300 $1500 USD/month (Salary Offer will be discussed by the client)
Location of Search : Latin America
Work Location : REMOTE

The company is a digital platform for healthcare. We serve individuals and their families healthcare professionals and employers by providing a robust solution that connects patients with the healthcare services and medications they need in a way that is easy and approachable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Support 70 of role; highest/first priority)
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new healthcare providers e.g. doctors physical therapists mental health therapists imaging centers etc. 30 of role; perform tasks after customer support needs 1st priority) are handled)
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
Experience: 2 years of related experience
- Excellent professionallevel English communication skills (spoken and written); EFSET score of 71100 and CEFR score of C2 Proficient
- Extremely comfortable learning and using new systems/technology
- Quick learner selfmotivated and high initiative (someone who is always looking for more to tackle/do/learn)
- Problemsolving skills (can overcome roadblocks find creative solutions and deliver results/solutions)
- Flexible and team player willing to quickly shift focus and jump in to wherever help is needed
- Productivity hacker interest and skill in making everything they touch faster better less complex
Optional skills that are a plus:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- AI prompt skills and desire to learn and grow in AI tools usage
- Marketing capabilities (content creation video editing creative design funnel building marketing analytics etc.
- Excel and analytical skills
