The Opportunity
The Senior Manager Transactions (Industrial) is a diverse role which is responsible for supporting the origination acquisition and divestment efforts of Dexus across industrial assets. Your experience and expertise will enable us to enhance investment management thinking and seamlessly projectmanage transactions.
You will make an impact by:
- Lead and Manage Transactions: Ownership of the acquisition divestment and origination efforts for industrial assets ensuring seamless and strategic alignment.
- Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment / business strategies to enhance portfolio performance and drive value creation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a highperforming team fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including investors consultants and industry partners.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage crossfunctional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives throughout the business.
- Educate & Inform: Help inform and improve industrial investment management thinking within Dexus.
- Investment Analysis: Prepare investment papers and supporting materials including transaction analysis as required.
About You
You are highly qualified Senior Leader with over 12 years of experience in industrial property or private equity. You bring leadership skills and intellectual curiosity balanced with a practical mindset. Excelling in transaction and development management you possess a proven track record of enhancing business processes strong relationships and broad market networks.
You will bring:
- Extensive Industry Experience: 12 years in industrial property development private equity or related fields with a strong track record in industrial transaction and development management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing investment strategies that drive business growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present to Fund Partners Investment Committee and Board as well as represent Dexus competently to external parties.
